It really depends on the mood I’m in. Brews is probably the best place in town for casual dining– and obviously you can’t beat their beer selection. Other times I really enjoy a meal on the patio at the Granville Inn. The chef at the Granville Inn is pretty spectacular, and the food has improved dramatically these last few years since the ownership changed.

Brews. The staff are friendly and the food is comfortable. No fuss, straight forward.I always look forward to meals at Brews when I’m in Granville visiting.

DelMar. Great food and love the bistro atmosphere

Brews service is lousy and food is mediocre at best. Just had a hamburger in the lounge of Granville Inn, it was dry and lifeless.

The Buxton simply has the best fine dining in town and the Del Mar is fabulous for regular dining and great atmosphere to mingle. The calamari with the tobasco sauce is fabulous.

Del Mar atmosphere is cozy…food is not very much for the servings. Are you kidding me…Brews? is dog food. Nona and Buxton are the best quality for the area. Better off going to Columbus for good food.

Are you all crazy? you have been eating in G-ville too long and need to go to Columbus to refresh your memory. The restaurants in town are all mediocore. The service and food could all use improving at all the restaurants. If we keep putting up with less that is what we will always get. I remember when i was growing up the hoards of people that drove from Columbus to eat at the bryn Mawr, Granville Inn and the Buxton. I don’t think that happens as much. Good service and Food are not hard to produce, except in Granville.

I’d recommend checking out The Short Story. I thought the food was excellent with a nice casual environment. It reminds me a of Columbus restaurant, but close to home.
