Selling Your Granville Home using YouTube

Every day there is more news about the declining real estate market. In this environment, sellers need to find new and innovative ways to bring visibility to their home. YouTube can be a very useful service in that regard.
For those of you that are unfamiliar, YouTube is a Google-owned website that allows just about anyone with a digital video recorder, cell phone, digital camera, etc. to produce and upload a video for the world to see. Many sellers are now producing very professional looking videos of their homes, and then uploading them on YouTube, at virtually no cost.
For example, I came across this video for 41 Cricket Lane:
Notice how simple (but effective) this is. If you’ve never uploaded a video to YouTube, it’s really simple. You can either ask your 10-year-old, or follow these steps from the YouTube Help Center.
