Granville’s New Restaurant: The Short Story Brasserie
Date Published: July 9th, 2008Categories: Restaurants
On July 11th, a new restaurant will open in Granville: The Short Story Brasserie. It is located at 923 River Road behind The Wine Cache.
Below is an excerpt from The Short Story Brasserie website about the menu:
“Our menu brings together the diversity of food styles experienced by Hemingway in his travels. Through this menu, our owner James Housteau is able to share the passion he developed for food while visiting some of Hemingway’s favorite places like Les Deux Magots.
Our Executive Chef, Chad Lavely, has experience creating culinary treasures at some of the finest restaurants in Columbus, Ohio like the Refectory Restaurant & Bistro, Carolyn’s in German Village, Aubergine Private Dinner Club and Handke’s Table.
The menu will change frequently so that we can share our love of variety and exploration of food with you.”
I downloaded a copy of the menu for those that want to preview the selection: Menu - The Short Story Brasserie
