On the map, the lot’s midsection is right at the intersection of Trinity Court and Wexford Drive, on the west side of Wexford. It has about 300 feet of road frontage on Wexford. (Click here to see an aerial view & map of this property.)

This is really a unique piece of property– the right person/family is going to build a pretty spectacular house on it. Because it is wooded, it is often hard to see & appreciate the view– especially in the summer time. However, looking west you can see Swasey Chapel on the Denison University campus as well as downtown Granville and Raccoon Valley. By removing a few select trees, this view would open up.

The lot itself is huge and offers all kinds of unique opportunities for gardens, tree houses, trails, fire pits, etc. There are building sites at both the north and south ends, though we believe the south end offers the best location and best views.

We purchased the lot a few years ago with the intention of building our “dream home” on it. As it turns out, we found an existing home instead. As a result, we do have some ideas & research we can provide about different house plans & landscaping we considered.
