Aladdin's is actually open again under new management (April 2011). Sadly, the previous owner died suddenly after retiring and selling the iconic restaurant.

Had not been to the Aladdin in 6 years. I see why. The cook blew is nose and then laid the rag on the counter, waitress was rubbing her head and then handled toast!! Left and didn't even take a sip of my water. VERY NASTY PLACE!!!

I think it is very unfair to post only good reviews! I sent you a TRUE negative review on July 4th, and you have not posted it!
However, I noticed you only have 1 good review! I guess most people feel if you can't say something nice, don't say anything! Below is what I previously posted to your site.
I used to eat at the Aladdin when I was a teen. I ate there for the first time in 25 + years this past week, and I was NOT favorably impressed. It is filthy! The floors, booths, mirrors, etc. The kitchen door was open to expose filthy refrigerators that were rusted at the bottom. The cook was rubbing sweat from his face and then handling the bacon he was cooking...with his bare hands I might add...no gloves! It was the most sickening and disgusting situation I have ever been subject to in a restaurant! I didn't eat, paid the bill and left. xxxxxxxxx@nomail.com

I absolutely love Aladdin's. I go there regularly because they have breakfast all day long and the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had. The omelets are also tasty. The prices are unbeatable, too! As a local family-owned diner, I give them 5 stars! amoorea77@gmail.com
