The owner, Ruth Ann Parsley, tried to discriminate against my child who has type 1 diabetes, stating in 38 years they had never cared for a diabetic. "It seems so complicated." She said they could not provide the care that he needed for the before and after school program. Apparently, this agency would be a good child care center if your child does not have any type of "complicated" disability. Apparently, this center is also not very familiar with the ADA Act and the federal law. lauraluwho@hotmail.com
