Village Toffee is made fresh from the finest ingredients with no added preservatives, thereby resulting in a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth flavor that people describe as "purely addictive." The Moore family, with their love for English toffee, created this recipe when they couldn't find fresh-tasting commercial toffee that they liked. They began giving it as holiday gifts to friends, and after a local merchant tasted it, he asked to sell it in his frozen custard and confection store. The taste caught on, and within a year, Village Toffee was sold in five stores in the quaint New England-style village of Granville. Now Village Toffee is available to order and can be shipped nationwide. Village Toffee is made with fresh pecans, but can be made to order without nuts
